Led a team of 10+ designers, 3D modelers, and sound tuners to produce an online 3D character dance festival featuring 24 songs. 

Modeled and implemented the majority of detailed designs into  3D models, ensuring they match each song theme. 

Developed and fine-tuned the physics for characters' hair, clothing, and accessories to achieve realistic and dynamic animations. 

Managed project timeline, communications, and deliverables to ensure a successful and seamless event experience.
