"Pie en de Hermenie" was not only my first illustrated children's book, but it's also created for an orchestra's 200th anniversary of the "Koninklijke Harmonie - Ster van Maastricht", which makes this book extra special!

Once I started sketching the first few pages, I immediately felt that this IS just the right character design for Pie!
